How old do I need to be to join X2166 Training Centre?
The minimum age to sign up is 14, however you must always be supervised by a guarantor (over 18) when training. If you are 14 - 15 years old, please come in with a guarantor to sign up. At 16 years old, you will be able to train without guarantor supervision.
What are your opening hours?
We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. Our staffed hours are as per below:
Monday to Friday: 7am- 8pm
Saturday: 7:30am-12pm
I have lost my FOB Key. What do I do?
You can purchase a replacement card at reception for $30.
Who can I ask if I need help using a machine?
Ask one of our friendly staff. We always have fitness professionals on the floor who are there to help you.
Are the team First Aid trained?
Yes.
Do we need to bring our own towel?
YES. You must bring a towel with you for hygiene purposes. If you don’t have a towel or forget yours, you can buy one a reception for $15.
Do you have lockers?
Yes. Just bring a padlock, or our small pin coded lockers are free for our members to use.
Do you have a sauna?
Yes. Please make sure you shower before you enter our saunas.
How much are your memberships?
We have a variety of memberships to suit everyone. You can find details about each membership under the membership tab at the top of the page. For more information visit our memberships page or if you have further questions, please contact us.
Can I sign up online?
At the moment, we don’t offer online sign-ups. To get started, please visit our reception during staffed hours and our team will be happy to assist you with the registration process and answer any questions you may have.
Are there any joining fees?
We currently have no joining fees on all our memberships.
Is there a contract?
We have both contract and no contract options for our memberships. Contact us for further details.
What if I want to cancel my membership?
All cancellations must be processed at our facility with 14-days notice; as stated in all membership agreements. Please note that if you are on a contract, you must complete your minimum term. Please call reception during staffed hours to find out if you are eligible to cancel your membership down.
How do I put my membership on time-freeze?
To place your membership on time-freeze, you can visit reception during staffed hours or email the reception team for assistance at reception@x2166.com.au.
Time freezes are available on all memberships for up to 8 weeks per calendar year, with a $7 administration fee per time-freeze.
Where do I get my complimentary personal training sessions?
A personal trainer will contact you within the first 14 days from when you signed up. If no one has contacted you by then, speak to us at reception and we will have it organised for you. Learn more about our personal training here.

Yes, however you must complete the fundamentals to access all of XHybrid.

Yes, Hyrox is programmed for all fitness levels - from beginner up to elite athletes.
I have an injury. Can I still do the class?
If you have an injury, speak to the coach and let them know. Depending on the severity of the injury, the coach can provide scaling options.
