Age Requirements
The minimum age to sign up is 14. Members aged 14–15 must always be supervised by a guarantor (18+) while training and must bring a guarantor to the initial sign-up. At age 16, members are permitted to train without supervision.

Opening and Staffed Hours
The gym is open 24/7.
Our reception is staffed during the following hours:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 8:00pm
 - Saturday: 7:30am – 12:00pm

Memberships and Signing Up
-Casual drop-in visits are available for $20 per session.
-Fitness Passport members are welcome and fall under Platinum Access. Fitness Passport users will need to purchase a FOB key for $50.
-Direct debit or Upfront Membership: We offer a variety of contract and no-contract options with no joining fees. You can view full details on our memberships page. We do not offer online sign-ups at this time; please visit us during staffed hours to register.

Gold Access
A strong all-round membership designed for consistent training and recovery.

Includes:

  • 24/7 gym access

  • Access to a wide range of equipment across Level 2 & Level 3

Platinum Access
Full access to structured classes, expert coaching, and a supportive training community designed to keep you progressing and accountable.

Includes:

  • Everything in Gold Access, plus Platinum classes

  • Expert coaching with workouts programmed by PRVN Fitness

  • Fitness Passport membership category access- FOB key required for Fitness Passport members ($50)

Facility Features and Policies
-Personal Training: We have both female and male personal trainers available. Please get in contact with reception to find out more or to arrange a consultation.
-Help with Equipment: Our First Aid-trained fitness professionals are always on the floor to assist you with any machines.
-Towels: A towel is mandatory for hygiene reasons. You may bring your own or purchase one at reception for $15.
-Lockers: We provide free pin-coded lockers for small items. For larger lockers, please bring your own padlock.
-Sauna: Available for member use. We ask that you please respect other members by maintaining proper hygiene etiquette and not pour oils over the rock elements.
-Parking: Free 1-hour street parking is available in the surrounding area. Members can also access up to 2 hours of free parking in the basement car park by registering their vehicle details at reception.

Account Management
-Lost FOB Keys: Replacement cards can be purchased at reception for $30.
-Time-Freezes: Memberships can be frozen for up to 8 weeks per calendar year for a $7 administration fee. Please visit reception or email us to arrange this. (reception@x2166.com.au)
-Cancellations: All cancellations require 14 days' notice and must be processed in person. Please note that the minimum terms must be met if you are on a contract.
