XHybrid combines Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and endurance training into one progressive program so you can lift heavier, move better, and outlast the competition.
What you’ll train
Strength: deadlifts, squats, cleans, presses, clean & jerk, snatch
Gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, presses to handstand, and more
Conditioning: high-intensity cardio sessions designed to build real-world endurance
Scalable for all levels: movements and loads adapted for beginners through elite athletes
What is HYROX?
HYROX combines running with functional movements in a race-style format that’s scalable for all fitness levels. Each event blends endurance and strength so beginners, weekend warriors, and elite athletes can compete side-by-side.
What you’ll train
Race format: repeated running segments interspersed with functional stations (e.g, sled push/pull, rowing, farmer’s carry, wall balls)
Scalable intensity: weights, reps, and pacing adjusted to suit any level
Measurable progress: compare times and track improvement across events
Scalable for all levels: built for everyone, from first-timers to seasoned competitors
