The ultimate athlete is the perfect blend of a weightlifter, gymnast and endurance athlete. CrossFit Canley Heights has the key to allow you to do it all. You will practice and train major lifts including deadlifts, squats, cleans, presses, clean & jerk and snatches as well as master the basics of gymnastics such as pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, presses to handstand and more. There are no weak links. You will learn the ability to perform lifts and maintain form while under stress and fatigue.

These are skills and attributes that are essential in real world situations.  Whether you are in the armed forces, fire department, a nurse or office worker, there will come a time you will need to use your body to lift heavy objects, defend yourself or your loved ones and even run or jump from danger.

With a heavy emphasis on progression for movements, skills and range of motion to get into specific positions, we will explore limits with your performance in our CrossFit workouts.
