CrossFit Canley Heights: CrossFit uses a variety of functional movements performed at high intensity. These movements are focused on a combination of weightlifting and gymnastics to improve the core movements of life. You will practice and train major lifts including deadlifts, squats, cleans, presses, C&J and snatches as well as master the basics of gymnastics such as pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, presses to handstand and more. CrossFit Canley Heights is programmed with a heavy emphasis on progression and is designed to accommodate beginners to advanced athletes.
The Heights Barbell Club: If your passion is ultimate strength or lifting things above your head, then The Heights Barbell Club is the place for you. Here you will have access to elite coaches in Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting providing technique and programs for all levels of athletes from beginners through to seasoned competitors.

Abs Express: An intense conditioning workout focused on developing your core muscles. Incorporate gymnastics and core training in to your normal training routine.
Pump: The fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. A toning and conditioning class with weights.
Freestyle: An all over body workout that builds strength, speed, endurance and flexibility. Expect the un-expected.
Cycle: A fantastic freestyle stationary cycle workout. Cycle will build endurance and provides great cardiovascular training for performance fitness.
Muay Thai: Basic kick and punch combinations that are great for a complete body workout that aims to improve cardio and muscle endurance. (Bring your gloves)
Boxing: This freestyle boxing class is an all over cardio and strength training workout, it helps improve endurance, co-ordination and stamina. (Bring your gloves)
Cardio Box: A boxing class suitable for all levels using a free standing boxing bag, combining Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing for a great cardio and endurance workout. (Bring your gloves)
Fitness For Autism: A combination of circuit based fitness and boxing activities to help children with Autism develop physical and social skills in a fun and safe environment.
Step ABT: Step ABT is an easy to follow workout to build strength and stamina while using a step. The class focuses on your abs, butt and thighs to increase your heart rate and burn fat.
Stretch: Stretch involves a low impact workout using simple movements and brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
Yoga: Increase your energy and calm the mind with gentle stretches, postures and poses. Learning how to breathe can calm your mind; increase your mobility and flexibility.
Zumba: Get your groove-on with signature Latin and salsa-style music. Work your hips and stomach with core-based movements, learn thrifty footwork to strengthen calves and ankles.
For safety reasons, no late entries (after 10 mins warm up) will be permitted.
Classes with consistently low numbers of 3 or less may be removed from the timetable without notice.
