Our Strength and Conditioning program is a beginner program tailored to individuals who want to be involved with strength or athletic sports but don't know where to start. This program aims to build the foundations of strength and movement which will allow you to progress onto our other programs. You will be performing basic movements such as squatting, deadlifting, strict pressing and pull ups while also incorporating the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean & Jerk). This will result in a well rounded level of physical fitness so that you will be able to train intensely without worrying about getting injured.
