The Heights Barbell Club is the place for all things Weightlifting, Powerlifting and strength and conditioning. We cater to everyone whether you're an elite athlete or a humble beginner. We have a fundamentals program for those who have yet to learn how to do the basics. Learn and challenge yourself in a supportive and encouraging environment. We use good old fashion hard work and state of the art technology to help you achieve your goals and reach your potential.
Upon joining, our expert coaches will assess your movement and general well-being. Our coaches will then place you into our fundamentals class which will teach you the basics of Powerlifting or Weightlifting and general movement. The coaches then carefully monitor and critique your training to ensure you achieve your goals the most efficient way possible.
Learn to warm up and prepare yourself for training. Perform movements safely with the right form and learn how to begin your recovery with cool downs, mobility and flexibility guidance. We educate our members on the best practices for nutrition, recovery, lifestyle and goal setting through intuitive lectures.
Equipment used include Weightlifting and Powerlifting barbells, squat stands, 10 Weightlifting platforms, two 3mx3m competition Powerlifting platforms, one 4mx4m competition platform, two IPF approved combo racks, competition Powerlifting plates, Weightlifting bumper plates, three GHDs, two IPF spec benches, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, weighted vests, a variety of resistance bands, rollers and more.
Whether you're a strength training enthusiast, competitive Powerlifter, Weightlifter or CrossFitter, Heights Barbell Club is the place to take your training to another level.
