A boxing class suitable for all levels using a free standing boxing bag, combining Muay Thai, boxing and kickboxing for a great cardio and endurance workout (BYO gloves)
Cycle
A fantastic (and fun!) freestyle stationary cycle workout. Cycle will build endurance and provide great cardiovascular training for performance fitness.
Kick Boxing
This freestyle boxing class is an all over cardio and strength training workout. It helps improve endurance, co-ordination, stamina and technique (BYO gloves)

Circuits is a high energy and fast-paced class which involves working your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time.
Tabata
Tabata training is a type of HIIT (high-intensity interval training). The high-intensity exercising consisted of a four-minute workout, each workout consisted of eight sets of 20 seconds of exercise at maximum effort each followed by a 10-second rest.
Dance Fit
Dance fitness is a type of group exercise class that incorporates some or many forms of dance. It’s an aerobic workout, divided into different tracks that provide peaks and troughs of intensity. The overall intensity of a class varies depending on the style you’re doing.
Freestyle
Freestyle is a group exercise class that does not conform to a pre-choreographed format. It embraces many levels and styles. It can be highly choreographed or plain and simple. The instructor controls the content including its complexity and intensity.
